Junction Family Dining in Pagosa Springs

The burger was really good,lots of fries. Chicken strips were good ranch was excellent!! The mash potatoes and gravy are instant tho. Service was good,bathroom was clean.Getting seated and cashing out was a lil slo as well. Over all we would go back.

Great food, reasonable prices, & super friendly staff! Have been eating here for years when in Pagosa & never disappointed. Adjoining store is good, too!

Lve eating here while on vacation. Today our waitress was Lucille and she was the best part of the experience. We absolutely enjoyed having her. A must eat place while in Pagosa. Price is reasonable and they have a lovely gift shop.

Service here added a star! Rachel was awesome and EXACTLY how a server at a comfort food venue should be! Mushroom and cheese stick starter were good. Chicken fried steak sandwich was tasty and onion rings were nice addition. On this visit, runner up - service being #1 - is the cheese burger, nice flavor with pepper jack cheese and jalapeno! If you're looking for comfort food in a relaxed, kid friendly establishment with outstanding, friendly service, give the Junction restaurant a try!

My family and I enjoyed our experience. Food was great and all the staff was helpful. Will definitely eat here again when visiting town.

Friendly staff- kinda blah on flavor of food. Decent but just kinda bland. Husband and I shared a plate that came with two chicken breast, green beans, rolls and fried potatoes. Didn’t finish fries or green beans. Probably most flavor of the meal was the queso we had with the chips. I bet breakfast would be better choice.

Staff is very nice and welcoming. Food was great, highly recommend their burgers, especially the steak burger with onions and mushrooms.

Great service and excellent food priced fairly. An excellent roadside restaurant with plenty of parking, much of it suitable for RVs and big rigs. And you can buy gas across the street.

Great place to sit down and enjoy a meal in Pagosa Springs. Family friendly, cozy and comfort food that will warm your heart. Servers are family members you never knew you had and make you feel right at home. I enjoyed the gift shop and all the fun stuff.

This is a good, simple, family, style restaurant. My burger was great and it was big. Loved it.

In the past I have received good service, on my latest visit after 15 minutes we had to ask for a server. After placing our order it only took another 45 minutes to get the food.

Food was good but service was not...... I would still return and give them another shot it almost seemed like the were in the middle of a shift change. My wife had the country breakfast and she is particular about her bacon and it was as ordered so she was pleased 😉 I had the chicken fried steak and eggs I enjoyed them but next time I'll ask them to go lite on the gravy as it was smothered.

This is a really nice restaurant! They allowed us to park our motorhome in their lot overnight. The next morning we enjoyed a really nice breakfast before continuing our trip. Food and service were great, and the facility has a nice warm rustic feel to it.

Our waitress Cindy was one of the best Ive has. I had the biscuits and gravy but next time I would probably get the burrito. Great food and great service!

The place looked awesome so we pulled in. Upon entry we were greeted cordially and seated promptly. The decor was lodge motif and very warm and inviting. A large gift shop was available for our shopping pleasure, which we visited after our lunch However the "help wanted" sign should have been the indicator. We waited over a half hour for our food to come. The waitress was super and apologized repeatedly for the delay. We ordered the chicken dinner special and the taco salad. Sadly the chicken breast internally but the other pieces were cooked fine. Otherwise, It was very good but think the salad could have been a little bigger, even if it meant a price change. Still recommend giving this establishment a try. Timing most likely will be better in the future.

Absolutely gross go to McDonalds you will have a better meal. Worst green chili cheese burger I have ever eaten. The wife had chicken salad, chicken tasted like frozen Tyson chicken. Yuk and a waist of 30 bucks. One star is to much.

This place is AWESOME! The service is better, & the food is great too! Best spot for souvenir shopping too for Pagosa Springs & Wolf Creek!

I’ve lived in Pagosa for 48 years and have enjoyed all our restaurants in town and without a doubt, the Junction is absolutely THE BEST!!! You are always greeted with a smile, the wait staff are all friendly and sweet and the food is consistently delicious....“Just like Grandma used to make”! Owned and loved by the same family for over 40 years!

We were in town for about a week and this is where we ate breakfast several times. Food was great. Service was mostly great. Though one day we had a different waitress and that day we just forgot about, plus they were busier that day as well. May have contributed to the poor service that one day. Overall great place to eat and won't hesitate to go back.

Really cute little restaurant with outdoor seating. Our waitress was very comfortable and friendly but not intrusive. The breakfast was incredible!

Had 8 people eating with us and every plate except the southwest chicken plate was almost left full. Worst quality food I've had in memory. Tasted like cheap frozen food section chicken fried steak, which the waitress said was a local favorite. No way. Corn showed up at the end of the meal and was clearly a microwaved bowl of frozen corn. Burrito was disgusting and the plate was almost left full which was embarrassing. Waitress was nice but took forever to get food which was odd because by the quality how long can it take to microwave a plate from the frozen food section of Walmart.

Awesome food, better service!

Fast, friendly service. They can do corn tortillas for anyone with a wheat/gluten allergy. Also, the regular green and red Chile have flour in them, but you can order the gluten free red enchilada sauce. I had some on my huevos rancheros and it was good. Good value.

The hospitality was great, very friendly staff. We are truck drivers and needed a place to park for our 10 hour break and they were happy to let us stay when Walmart would not. Beautiful interior woodwork and artwork for sale. The patty melt wasn't perfect and the tea wasn't sweet but the convenience was 5 stars.

Hard to find good food when on the road, small town in the mountains, it was fantastic to find great food to go with it. My sons and I were completely satisfied. Highly recommended.

In spite of covid, great service and good food, will be back!

The food at the Junction was great, and reminiscent of a home-cooked meal. The house salad was fresh and clean tasting. The meal itself was served hot, tasted good, and was exactly as described. However, the service was frankly lacking (slow servers, took a while to get a check, etc.). I don't want that to overshadow the food, because you would be missing out if you didn't eat here.

The décor was intriguing, it seems like it would be a carnivores dinner. However, the food was very bland and the servers acted like they did not want to be there. With the location, décor and local ranchers this restaurant could become a very good steak house providing that they learn how to spice and cook.

Breakfast was good. Had huevos rancheros with both chili sauces on the eggs. Everyone else in group had a good experience.

Great food, great service. Sat by the kitchen!which I !hate! The great service given by Cindy and other staff made it not so bad. I ate the turkey, bacon, guacamole sandwich and it was wonderful. Hubby had Junction Burger said it was pretty good.
